Healthy Recipe's

Try this as a shake if you like coffee.
1 scoop vanilla whey, 10 Ounces Milk, 2 scoops cocoa powder, 1 table spoon ground coffee, splenda and a banana.
My favorite post work out shake
10 ounces milk, 1 scoop of strawberry flavored whey, 1 scoop of fruit punch flavored powdered gator aid, 1 scoop of L-Glutamine, 1 banana, 1 cup of frozen blackberries
First solid meal post work out, 1 hour after post work out shake
1/2 cup cooked lentils, 1/4 cup cooked brown rice, half of a baked chicken breast diced, diced bell peppers, diced onions
tossed together like a salad.
